Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean martial art that emphasizes fast and powerful striking with the hands and feet.  The practice of Tae Kwon Do develops strength through a wide range of motion, and also  enhances balance, flexibility, cardio-respiratory fitness, agility, timing and coordination.  The practice of traditional martial arts develops mental and physical resilience, and has been demonstrated to positively affect students' behavior in other areas of their lives.  Tae Kwon Do is also practiced as an Olympic sport.

Children's Tae Kwon Do for ages 7-13 is Monday through Friday, 5:00 -6:00 p.m.

​

Adult Tae Kwon Do for ages 13 and up is Monday through Friday, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
